Our technicians are factory trained and certified and continually take classes to stay current on all facets of the equipment and software we provide for our customers. All services we provide can be done in house or at the customer's site. A travel fee will be charged for all service provided at a customer site and is based on distance from our location. PROGRAMMING SERVICE We will be happy to program any of the equipment we service at the following rates: POS/HOS Systems and Cash Registers: $95 / hour Scales: $65 / hour REPAIR SERVICE We service all of the equipment shown on this web site and more at the following rates. POS/HOS Systems: $95 / hour Copiers/Printers: $95 / hour Cash Registers: $65 / hour Scales: $65 / hour WARRANTY SERVICE Automatic Equipment Service, Inc. honors all Brother and OkiData equipment warranties no matter where the equipment was purchased. All other equipment warranties are honored ONLY if the equipment was purchased from us. We will be more than happy to repair equipment not purchased from us, however we will require payment for all parts and labor at the above stated rates. |
